I make a select variety of small batch handmade fudges in my top rated '5' food hygiene certified Fudge Kitchen, which is nestled in the idyllic New Forest, near Lepe and the Solent.
My mission is to produce the finest quality fudge and my range include traditional, seasonal and current trending fudge flavours. I produce my fudge over two to three days a week and then sell it myself at local markets, food events, craft fairs and now through my new online shop.
Now available for the first time is out home made 'Traditional Scottish Tablet'.
Scottish tablet is a delicious fudge-like sweet, that's irresistible if you have a sweet-tooth. Tablet is tricky to describe as it's not soft like fudge, or chewy like toffee, it's more crumbly and 'sugary' in texture. The taste is one-of-a-kind too, and you can't stop at just one piece (well, I can't anyway).
You will currently find me and my stall at two local weekly markets in Hythe and Lymington.
I am also to be found at a select variety of food events and craft fairs in and around the South of England. These Include monthly events held in in Lyndhurst, Cosham & Southsea and more specialist events held throughout the year.
